I’m Attorney Joseph Gallo, the founder of Gallo Law Accident Lawyer, based in Orange County, California. I’ve practiced personal injury law for 8+ years, and I’ve built a reputation amongst other lawyers for obtaining successful results on auto accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, and other cases with less common facts.

A Practice Built on Attention to Detail

In one disputed stop-sign accident, a police officer initially concluded my client was at fault. I used ChatGPT to conduct an accident reconstruction analysis that I sent to the police to reconsider their opinion. They took a second look at the accident with the analysis by ChatGPT and reversed their opinion. The damage to the vehicles after the accident suggested to me that the other driver must have been the one to run the stop sign. The police thought I was right. I saved my client thousands of dollars by using ChatGPT instead of hiring an accident reconstruction expert. My strategy worked because we hadn’t filed the lawsuit yet so there wasn’t a need to use an expert before the lawsuit was filed.
In another matter involving a bar incident in Laguna Beach, a bouncer body-slammed my client outside the bar. While reviewing police body-cam footage, I noticed that there was an Instagram username in a short clip of one of the police videos, so I followed the Instagram user. I reached out to him and asked if he had any footage. He sent me videos that showed the bar bouncer out of control and my client was calm. But he set the videos to vanish after I watched them. He offered to sell them to me for $1,000. I negotiated him down to $100, and we settled the case for $151,000. This attention to detail by noticing the Instagram username out of hours of body cam footage from six police officers increased the value of my client’s case and brought my client the justice he deserved.
